  • Are you direct manufacturer or trading company?

    A: Located in Heze, Shandong province, our first factory was built in 2003,  covering an area of 3700+ m² with 168 employees specializing in offering wooden products including solid wood tableware, wooden shelves, wooden crafts, wooden box for storage, and package using...etc. Here operates the whole process from creative ideas to finished products of the rack.

    Our international sales department(CBTR) was set up in 2020 with full-equipped export qualifications. In order to bring more value to customers, we have made cooperated with a few local factories to broaden product scope and offer scenario creative products to partners.


  • What products are manufactured by your owned factory?

    A: Our owned products range from wooden boxes or crafts, degradable tableware, and wooden educational toys, wooden decorations, wooden accessories, and simple indoor and outdoor furniture. 

    For other products, we have a series of inspection and verification procedures to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

    We have six colleagues responsible for our sourcing services. Both of them have related working experiences in TIC(Testing/Inspection/Certification ) field which makes us have the ability to offer reliable and trustworthy products.

  • Can you do OEM/ODM?

    A: Yes, our factory has been working as an OEM factory since our establishment. With that experience and professional workers and designers, we decided to set up CBTR to promote our products to foreign customers.

    In the past years, we have been close to our customers, transferring their ideas and drawings into viable products, helping them grow their market share and win the trust of the consumer market.  We care about information privacy and can sign a strict NDA with you to protect your design and idea.

    For wooden products, we offer Laser Engraving, Hot Stamping, Screen Printing, Digital Printing, Hot Foiling, and other surface treatment.

  • Why should I hire a sourcing agent in China?

    A: There are a lot of unknowns in purchasing procedures. You need to have a presence in the place where manufacturing is carried out. To some extent, the sample's compliance means nothing since there are a few suppliers who are not as honest as we assume. Fake certificates make buyers hard to identify. Unstable specifications,  bad quality consistency, language barriers, cultural differences, and different time zones will make the process sluggish and time-consuming. It is inefficient to confirm or handle these issues over Skype or by email.


    Usually, you need to be on the factory floor to handle issues that crop up during the production process. A good sourcing agent will work in your best interests, manage issues during all stages of production, conduct quality control inspections, handle the paperwork for shipping, and so on.


    For CBTR, our founder has eight working experiences in TUV and we have six sourcing colleagues from famous third parties like SGS/BV/ITS. We know how to identify and verify scientifically.

  • What kind of products do CBTR help source from China? Why you ?

    We specialize in consumer and commercial field.  For consumer products, we are more familar with tools, toys, jewelry, furniture,textile or fabric products. In commercial field, we are more familar with different kinds of machinery, electricial components,electrical accessories..


    Actually, the reason why we operate sourcing services to foreign customer is because our founder's previous working experience in TUV. We think it is a tough and stressful work to identify every process of a new manufacturer in every aspect which in turn will cause great risk if certain main point of problems been ignored.


    We may have limited resource do sourcing works actually. But, we can turn to collaborated third party for help and use their database to identify and filter. That make our solution realible and trustworthy.

  • How long is the delivery cycle of usual sample(for little crafts)? 03

    RE: Proofing is usually 10~15 working days for general products. Specific processing requirements or custom requests may take extra time, we shall update the date after receiving your details.

  • How do guarantee the products quality?

    A: CBTR have whole set of standard processing procedure and three times inspections during the production. These procedures and inspections can decrease the defectives largely and give our clients quality promise. Any three part inspection are welcome.

  • How long can I get the sample?

    A: For regular or standard style sample, the proofing time is 7-10 working days. For special style sample, we shall re-check all the details and confirm the production time. DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX are available for sample shipment.
